Daddy and Ally's First Ski Day

After New Years we headed up north to do some first time skiing for my family. They were all excited about the prospect of a new winter sport they may enjoy. I have been skiing since I was three so it was time for my 4 year old to start and high time for Selim to start too. We do live in New England after all. Pre Ski Prayer

Happy New Year 2009!

We had a wonderful family celebration at home just the three of us. We played games, had lots of fun, food, chocolate fondue, dance party and fire works too. It was just wonderful. Hope every one had a Happy and Safe New Years Eve and a wonderful New Year to come!

Selim and Ally are trying their hand at Snowboarding with Sleds, it is just to funny. I do have to say I did not get the final moments because I was just laughing to much.

After she got going to fast

He did rather well, till he hit the last bend then down he went, but every one is fine and still trying to snowboard on a sled.

Boston for the Holidays

On the Sunday after Christmas we traveled down to Boston to check it out and have some fun on the water front.

Tobey Family Holidays 2008

Wow, were ever did the holidays go this year. Well between running the t-shirt shop in the Mall and running our normal life things were a bit crazier than usual. But the best benefit to this years holidays was having two 4 day weekends with my wonderful family. We so value and Cherish our family time. It was amazing between having family gatherings, giving gifts and watching Ally's face on Christmas morning and our family outings around New England it was picture perfect in my eyes. Here are a few shots from our two weeks of holidays.
